Return & Replace Policy

Please read our company's policy carefully before requesting a Return / Replacement.

You can initiate return requests for a refund or exchange within 3 Days of receipt of goods.

Return / Replacement can be availed only once per order.

You can initiate return requests or replacement / exchange requests only for any of the below conditions:

  • The received item is damaged.
  • The received Item is incorrect.
  • Size mismatch.
  • Only domestic orders within India can be returned.
  • The item(s) should be unused, unsoiled and unwashed.
  • The packaging should have the original tags in place.
  • We might ask for images to assess your return eligibility. Kindly assist with the requirements if needed.
  • Replacement can be for the entire product/s subject to availability of the same. 
  • Items from Clearance sale.
  • Any customized orders.
  • Items marked as "Not Eligible for Return / Replace"
  • Free return / exchange service.
  • No reverse charges shall be charged. We shall bear the cost of return and fulfillment of exchange. 
  • Fill the Return / Replace Form.
  • Reverse pick-up - A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 1-2 business days. Reverse pickup facility is available only for the address where the Item was delivered (Shipping Address).

  • Quality Check - Products are received back at our warehouse and undergoes quality check before initiation of refund value.

  • In case of exchange, replacement product will be dispatched within 1-2 business days after the return request is received.
  • Amount shall be refunded post receiving and quality checking the return product. On an average, it takes 7 Days for the return shipment to reach us. 
  • Post the approval the refund is initiated from our end and is reflected back in the your account within 5-7 business days.
