Return / Replacement Policy

You can initiate Return or Replacement requests within 7 Days of receipt of goods.

Return / Replacement requests can only be initiated after the customer receives the goods / item.

In case you have received damaged / incorrect order then please intimate us via Email or WhatsApp within 3 Days of receipt of goods.

Returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • Return window: 7 Days after delivery of product.
  • Only domestic orders can be returned.
  • The Item(s) should be unused, unsoiled and unwashed.
  • Retain the Original packaging and the Item should have all the original tags in place.
  • We might ask for images to assess your return request. Kindly assist with the requirements if needed.
  • Replacement can be only for Different Size of the same Item.
  • Replacement can only be provided on availability of the stock

Exceptions: All Items of “Custom Made” category are not eligible for return

Charges: No reverse charges shall be charged. We shall bear the cost of return and fulfilment of exchange. Free reverse pickup and exchange can be availed only once per order.

STEPS TO INITIATE RETURN

·        Go to Raise Return / Replacement Ticket

·        Fill the form.

·        A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 1-2 business days.

·        Quality Check: Products are received back at our warehouse and undergoes quality check before initiation of refund value.

·        Replacement: In case of exchange, replacement product will be dispatched within 1-2 business days after the return request is received.

·        Mode of refund –

​​o   Refund against Gift Card - Store credits in the form of gift card shall be issued with a validity of 1 Year on our website.

​ ​o   Refund to Original Payment Mode - Amount shall be credited to the same Issuing Bank from where Transaction Price was received.

​ ​o   Refund shall be made in Indian Rupees only

·        Refund Processing Time: Amount shall be refunded post receiving and quality checking the return product. On an average, it takes 3-5 Days for the return shipment to reach us. 

Post the approval the refund is initiated from our end and is reflected back in your account within 1-2 business days.
